Magazines provide safe efficient handling and storage of batches of printed circuit boards (PCB’s).
The EUROSTAT GROUP magazines are compatible with most types of utomated insertion machinery and can easily be adjusted to the size of the PCB.
The magazines combine a low weight with a high construction stability manufactured from ESD safe materials.
• PS for a 60° C heat resistance
• ABS/PC for a 110° C heat resistance
EUROSTAT MAGAZINES :
• Strong construction from thermoformed plastic with metal reinforcement
• Light in weight yet extremely rigid in all directions
• Assembled using rivets and ultrasonic welding - No bolts or screws to come loose
• Each magazine is equipped with a reference plate and an adjustable plate
• Insertion of boards between the reference plate grooved at 10 mm pitch on one
side and the adjustable plate grooved at 10 mm pitch on both sides
• The magazine is adjusted to the PCB dimensions by positioning the adjustable
plate. For this purpose the inner short walls are grooved at 5 mm pitch. Each
groove is numbered
• The adjustable plate is asymmetric (2/3 - 1/3) allowing additional adjustement
to a 2,5 mm pitch
• Each magazine is delivered with a partition. Extra partitions and lids available
• Height is standard : 560mm, meant for storing 50 PCB's
THE EUROSTAT GROUP MAGAZINES CAN BE EASILY CUSTOMIZED TO SUIT A VARIETY OF UNIQUE CUSTOMER NEEDS. USING THE BASIC OUTER CONSTRUCTION MOULDED DRAWERS CAN BE DESIGNED TO SUIT INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS.
