Conductive ESD Polyurethane Foam for Cushioning & Shielding
Eurostat conductive ESD polyurethane foam cushions and protects electronic components while boosting the shielding properties of the packaging. Its flexible open-cell structure absorbs shocks, and its conductive latex impregnation gives it a surface and volume resistance below 105 Ω and a decay time from 1000 V to 100 V in under two seconds. Compliant with IEC 61340-5-1 and the RoHS directive, it can be cut into custom inserts for boxes and transport cases. Note: this conductive foam should not be placed in direct contact with some ESD-sensitive devices — it is intended for cushioning and shielding rather than direct contact.
