For many years now, Eurostat has made the fight against discrimination of any kind a central part of its Human Resources policy. To this end, an action plan in favor of professional equality between women and men has been in place until 2023. However, the measures already taken need to be continued and sustained, in recognition not only of the merits of this approach but also of the social and economic necessity of pursuing a policy aimed at guaranteeing professional equality, developing gender diversity and promoting parity between women and men.

The 2025 index is based on 2024 data. For our company, certain indicators cannot be calculated. The index out of 100 can therefore not be calculated. We score 81 points out of 85. Eurostat has carried out an internal survey on gender equality in the workplace to capitalize on the results and identify concrete actions.
