About Eurostat Group

Eurostat Group is a French industrial mid-sized company expanding across Europe, specialising in the design and manufacture of technical solutions, notably for electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection.

As part of strengthening our sales organisation, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative.

Your role & assignments

Reporting to the Department Manager, the Inside Sales Representative analyses needs and expectations, then advises and builds loyalty with potential customers by developing a relationship of trust. They support the field sales team with administrative tasks.

Your main assignments are:

• Managing the commercial development of a sales territory in France, in close collaboration with a field sales representative;
• Preparing commercial offers;
• Analysing incoming requests from clients/prospects to provide the best commercial solution;
• Taking part in marketing activities and promoting our products and services;
• Occasionally accompanying the field sales representative on customer visits;
• Developing additional sales within the client portfolio;
• Entering customer orders;
• Following up on orders and managing the customer relationship regarding lead times;
• Assisting with the recovery of unpaid invoices.

Your profile

You have a business and/or technical qualification at Bac +2/+3 level (2–3 years of higher education), experience in a similar role in an industrial environment (electronics industry a plus), and a good command of English (B2 level).

You are determined, dynamic and enthusiastic. You are comfortable with IT tools and have some knowledge of ERP systems (Syteline a plus).

Practical information

Permanent position (CDI) at our Toulouse site, daytime hours, 35-hour week, salary from €2,126 gross/month depending on profile, plus company benefits. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
